                This instrument is the Family Law (Superannuation) (Methods and Factors for Valuing Particular Superannuation Interests) Amendment Approval 2005 (No. 4).

2              Commencement

                This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

UFLS is the amount calculated under paragraph 16.3.1 (b) of the Rules that would be payable as a lump sum at the relevant date.
