1          Name of instrument

          This instrument is the Civil Aviation Amendment Order (No. 4) 2005.

2          Commencement

          This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3          Amendment

          Schedule 1 amends section 40.3.0 of the Civil Aviation Orders.
