1 Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the National Handgun Buyback Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 30 March 2004.

3 Amendment of National Handgun Buyback Regulations 2003

Schedule 1 amends the National Handgun Buyback Regulations 2003.
