Enabling provision

1.         The Australian Securities and Investments Commission makes this instrument under item 14 of the table in section 611 of the Corporations Act 2001.

2.         This instrument is ASIC Class Order [CO 05/84].

Commencement

3.         This instrument commences on 4 April 2005.

Variation

4.         ASIC Class Order [CO 02/259] is varied by, in the Schedule, inserting after paragraph 5:

“5A.     JSE Securities Exchange South Africa”.
