                These Regulations are the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Registration Fees) Regulations 1990.

2              Interpretation

                In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

the Act means the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Registration Fees) Act 1967.

3              Prescribed amount

                For the purposes of each provision of the Act specified in column 2 of an item in Schedule 1, the amount specified in column 3 of that item is prescribed.
