Instrument varying the
Veterans’ Vocational Rehabilitation Scheme
under subsection 115B(2) of the
Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986

 

 

 

 

 

The Repatriation Commission varies the Veterans’ Vocational Rehabilitation Scheme, Instrument No.5 of 1997 determined by the Repatriation Commission on 17 November 1997 (the Principal Instrument), under subsection 115B(2) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986 by replacing the word “Secretary” with the word “Commission” wherever it appears in paragraph 4.5.2 of the Principal Instrument.
