Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986

 

Section 91

 

Instrument of Approval

 

 

 

1.         I, BRUCE SCOTT, Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, in accordance with subsection 91(3) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986, hereby approve the attached Instrument (24/2000) to vary the Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme prepared by the Repatriation Commission under subsection 91(1) of that Act.

 

2.         In respect of a variation to the Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme described in a paragraph in the Schedule to the attached Instrument, apart from paragraph 14, this Instrument of Approval commences, or is taken to have commenced, in relation to that variation, on the date specified immediately after that paragraph.

 

3.         In respect of paragraph 14 in the Schedule to the attached Instrument, this         Instrument of Approval commences on the date this Instrument is made.
