Omits Part II of the Veterans' Affairs Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (VAPBS) that established the Repatriation Out-patient Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme which ceased to exist when Lady Davidson Hospital was disposed and updates the references in the VAPBS to the Schedule of Pharmaceutical Benefits for Approved Pharmacists and Medical Practitioners.

APPROVAL OF AN INSTRUMENT VARYING THE

 VETERANS’ AFFAIRS PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS

SCHEME

UNDER SUBSECTION 91(2) OF THE

VETERANS’ ENTITLEMENTS ACT 1986

 

 

 

I, BRUCE SCOTT, Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, in accordance with

subsection 91(3) of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986, approve the

attached instrument varying the Veterans’ Affairs Pharmaceutical

Benefits Scheme prepared by the Repatriation Commission, and

identified as Instrument No.6 of 1997.
