Amends the Trust Deed in relation to the compliance of the Board with the requirements of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 and certain things that the Board should do in exercising its functions and powers; the termination of appointments of Board members; and the remuneration and allowances of the members of the Board. Amends the PSS Rules by inserting, deleting and amending various Rules.
