Third Amending Deed to the Deed to Establish an Occupational Superannuation Scheme for Commonwealth Employees and Certain Other Persons (the Public Sector Superannuation Scheme)

Amends the Trust Deed in relation to the powers and functions of the Board and investment of the PSS Fund. Amends the PSS Rules by inserting, deleting and amending various Rules including in relation to various definitions; invalidity retirement; maximum benefits where Australian Federal Police adjustment is payable; preserved benefits where person joins Judges’ Pensions Scheme; persons who cease membership before 1 July 1992 and persons who cease membership after 30 June 1992; Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991; preserved benefits; invalidity retirement benefit; transfers of certain persons to the scheme under the Superannuation Act 1976 and to Approved and Authorised Superannuation Schemes; updating of figures; and changing references to certain Rules.
