I, WILLIAM BRUCE BYRON, Director of Aviation Safety, on behalf of CASA, issue the following Civil Aviation Order under subsections 28BA (1) and 98 (4A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1988.

                        This Order is the Civil Aviation Amendment Order (No. 8) 2004.

2           Commencement

                        This Order commences on gazettal.

3           Amendment of section 82.3 of the Civil Aviation Orders

                        Schedule 1 amends section 82.3 of the Civil Aviation Orders.

                     for flight under the I.F.R.,
