These Regulations may be cited as the Crimes (Aviation) Regulations.

Commencement

These Regulations commence on 16 March 1992.

CRIMES (AVIATION) REGULATIONS

Interpretation

In these Regulations, the Act means the Crimes
(Aviation)
Act 1991.

CRIMES (AVIATION) REGULATIONS
- REG 4
Prescribed airports

For the purposes of subparagraph (a) (iii) of the definition of authorised person in section 3 of the Act, and paragraphs 26 (1) (a) and (2) (a) of the Act, the following airports are prescribed:

(a)
in Australia — each airport mentioned in the Schedule; and

(b)
outside Australia — each airport serving international civil aviation.
