1              Name of regulations [see Note 1]

                These regulations are the Circuit Layouts Regulations 1990.

2              Definition

                In these Regulations:

Act means the Circuit Layouts Act 1989.

3              Eligible foreign countries

                A foreign country specified in the Schedule is declared to be an eligible foreign country for the purposes of the Act.
