Telecommunications (Compliance with International Conventions) Declaration No. 1 of 1997

 

 

I, RICHARD KENNETH ROBERT ALSTON, Minister for Communications and the Arts, under subsection 366(2) of the Telecommunications Act 1997, declare that, for the purposes of section 366 of that Act, the conventions specified in the Schedule are binding in relation to persons that are carriers or carriage service providers within the meaning of that Act.
