I, KIM CHRISTIAN BEAZLEY, Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following By-law under section 116ZD of the Defence Act 1903.

Additional activities prohibited without consent of commanding officer.

                By-law 12 of the Defence (Public Areas) By-laws is amended by inserting “wilfully” before “damage” in paragraph (c) and before “interfere” in paragraph (d).
