1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Foreign Evidence (Foreign Material — Criminal and Related Civil Proceedings) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.
3 Amendment of Foreign Evidence (Foreign Material — Criminal and Related Civil Proceedings) Regulations
Schedule 1 amends the Foreign Evidence (Foreign Material — Criminal and Related Civil Proceedings) Regulations.

These Regulations are the Foreign Evidence (Foreign Material — Criminal and Related Civil Proceedings) Regulations 1994.
