1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Crimes (Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3              Amendment of Crimes (Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Regulations

                Schedule 1 amends the Crimes (Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Regulations.
