1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the National Health Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3              Amendment of National Health Regulations 1954

                Schedule 1 amends the National Health Regulations 1954.

[1]           Sub-subparagraph 48 (1) (a) (ii) (B)

omit

or

[2]           After subparagraph 48 (1) (a) (ii)

insert

                        (iii)    an eligible person who is on board a cruise ship that is:

                                   (A)     in the coastal sea of Australia; or

                                   (B)     in the internal waters of a State or an internal Territory; or
