1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the International Transfer of Prisoners (Transfer of Sentenced Persons Convention) Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3              Amendment of International Transfer of Prisoners (Transfer of Sentenced Persons Convention) Regulations 2002

                Schedule 1 amends the International Transfer of Prisoners (Transfer of Sentenced Persons Convention) Regulations 2002.
