1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Criminal Code Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 10).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3              Amendment of Criminal Code Regulations 2002

                Schedule 1 amends the Criminal Code Regulations 2002.

         (7)   For paragraph (e) of the definition of terrorist organisation in subsection 102.1 (1) of the Code, each Lashkar-e-Tayyiba organisation mentioned in Part 3 of Schedule 1A is specified.

         (8)   For subregulation (7), a Lashkar-e-Tayyiba organisation is mentioned in Part 3 of Schedule 1A if the name of the organisation, or another name by which the organisation is known, is mentioned in that Part.
