1              Name of Rules

                These Rules are the Federal Magistrates Court (Delegation to Registrars) Repeal Rules 2003.

2              Commencement

                These Rules commence on 3 November 2003.

3              Federal Magistrates Court (Delegation to Registrars) Rules 2000 — repeal

Statutory Rules 2000 No. 171 is repealed.
