1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Tradespersons’ Rights (Cost Recovery) Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on 1 July 2003.

3              Amendment of Tradespersons’ Rights (Cost Recovery) Regulations

                Schedule 1 amends the Tradespersons’ Rights (Cost Recovery) Regulations.
