1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Criminal Code Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 2).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3              Amendment of Criminal Code Regulations 2002

                Schedule 1 amends the Criminal Code Regulations 2002.
