I, PETER JOHN HOLLINGWORTH, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Australian Film, Television and Radio School Act 1973.

1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Australian Film, Television and Radio School Amendment Regulations 2002 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on gazettal.

These Regulations are the Australian Film, Television and Radio School Regulations 1986.
2 Definition
In these Regulations:
Act means the Australian Film, Television and Radio School Act 1973.
3 Higher amounts — purchase and disposal of assets
For paragraphs 40 (1) (a), (b) and (c) of the Act, the higher amount is $1 000 000.
