I, PETER JOHN HOLLINGWORTH, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Tobacco Charge Act (No. 1) 1955.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Tobacco Charge Regulations (Repeal) 2002.

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3              Tobacco Charge (No. 1) Regulations — repeal

                Statutory Rules 1985 No. 2 is repealed.

4              Tobacco Charge (No. 1) (Rate of Charge) Regulations — repeal

                The following Statutory Rules are repealed:

                  ·    1989 No. 10

                  ·    1990 No. 21

                  ·    1995 No. 43

                  ·    1997 No. 90.
