1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Banking (Statistics) Repeal Regulations 2002.

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on 1 July 2002.

3              Banking (Statistics) Regulations 1989 — repeal

                The following Statutory Rules are repealed:

                  ·    1989 No. 357

                  ·    1992 No. 396

                  ·    1994 No. 417

                  ·    1997 No. 24

                  ·    1998 No. 198

                  ·    1999 No. 142

                  ·    2000 No. 115.
