1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Electronic Transactions Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 3).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3              Amendment of Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000

                Schedule 1 amends the Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000.
