I, PETER JOHN HOLLINGWORTH, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 2).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2001.

3              Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

                Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

1.       These Regulations amend Statutory Rules 1997 No. 328, as amended by 1998 Nos. 65, 112, 122, 261, 289 and 333; 1999 Nos. 44, 45, 107, 108 and 272; 2000 Nos. 20 (as amended by 2000 No. 145), 145, 200 and 224; 2001 No. 13.
