1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Extradition (Bribery of Foreign Public Officials) Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3              Amendment of Extradition (Bribery of Foreign Public Officials) Regulations 1999

                Schedule 1 amends the Extradition (Bribery of Foreign Public Officials) Regulations 1999.
