1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3              Amendment of Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Regulations 1997

                Schedule 1 amends the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Regulations 1997.

5              Statutory marketing authorities (Act s 5)

                For the definition of SMA in section 5 of the Act, the following authorities are prescribed:

                (a)    Australian Dairy Corporation;

               (b)    Australian Pork Corporation;

                (c)    Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation.
