I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Crimes at Sea Act 1979.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Crimes at Sea Repeal Regulations 2001.

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on the commencement of the Crimes at Sea Act 2000.

3              Crimes at Sea Regulations — repeal

                Statutory Rules 1987 No. 286 is repealed.
