I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 3).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3              Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

                Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

Dairy Adjustment Authority, comprising:

(a)    the Chair and members of the Dairy Adjustment Authority; and

(b)   persons whose services are made available to the Authority under clause 70 of Schedule 2 to the Dairy Produce Act 1986; and

(c)    consultants engaged under clause 71 of Schedule 2 to that Act; and

(d)   persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 to assist the Authority
