These Principles amend ss 23.3, 23.31, 23.62, 23.66 and 23.69 of the User Rights Principles 1997 to replace references to Treasury note yield rate with references to maximum permissible interest rate. See new s 23.3 (2) for how to work out the maximum permissible interest rate.
