1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations are to be taken to have commenced on 29 November 1999.

3              Amendment of Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Regulations 1997

                Schedule 1 amends the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Regulations 1997.
