These Principles amend the User Rights Principles 1997 by deleting ss 23.79 and 23.80 and Part 4 (Division 10) relating to the giving of information to the Minister by an approved provider about accommodation bonds and charges. The provisions are relocated to the Accountability Principles 1998.
