Superannuation (Statutory Offices)

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 1984.

Statutory offices

2. Regulation 2 of the Superannuation (Statutory Offices) Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following sub-regulation:

“(2) The office of member of the Inter-State Commission is a statutory office for the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1976.”.
