General Comments: These regulations were originally made under section 7 of the Honey Levy Act (No 1) 1962 and are continued in force under section 5 of the Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Act 1999 and section 6 of the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999 (see Schedule 14, clause 7 of the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999).

This instrument was backcaptured in accordance with Section 36 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE HONEY LEVY ACT (No. 1) 1962.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Honey Levy Act (No. 1) 1962.

HONEY LEVY (No. 1) REGULATIONS.

Citation.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Honey Levy (No. 1) Regulations.

Certificate by purchaser of intention to export honey.

2. For the purposes of paragraph (d) of sub-section (2.) of section 4 of the Honey Levy Act (No. 1) 1962, the prescribed form is the form in the Schedule to these Regulations.

Honey Levy Act (No. 1) 1962.

CERTIFICATE BY PURCHASER OF HONEY OF HIS INTENTION TO EXPORT THE HONEY.

(a) Insert name and address of vendor of the honey.

(c) Insert date of purchase of the honey.
