Air Force Regulations 2 (Amendment)

 

 

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Force Act 1923.

1.   Amendment

 

1.1   The Air Force Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

 

2.   Regulation 20 (Forms in Schedule 1)

 

2.1   Omit the regulation.

 

 

3.   Regulation 32 (Appointment does not create a civil contract)

 

3.1   Omit the regulation.

 

4.   Regulation 49 (Branches)

 

4.1   Omit the regulation, substitute:

 

Branches

            “49.  The branches of the Air Force are as follows:

               (a)  the general list branch;

               (b)  the general duties branch;

               (c)  the engineer branch;

              (d)  the supply branch;

               (e)  the medical branch;

               (f)  the special duties branch;

               (g)  the chaplains branch.”.
