I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 and the Referendum (Machinery Provisions) Act 1984.

Action by Australian Electoral Officer upon receipt of report from Divisional Returning Officer

Regulation 78 of the Electoral and Referendum Regulations is amended by omitting “Two dollars and not more than four dollars” and substituting “$2 and not more than $20”.
