Public Works Committee Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Public Works Committee Act 1969.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 3 June 1994, being the sale day.


1.2   For the purposes of subsection 48 (1) of the CSL Sale Act 1993, it is declared that the Governor-General is satisfied that these Regulations are connected with the sale of CSL.

1.3   In this Regulation, “sale day” and “CSL” have the same meanings respectively as in the CSL Sale Act 1993.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Public Works Committee Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 3 (Authorities of the Commonwealth to which the Act does not apply)

3.1   Item 17:

Omit the item.
