Public Works Committee Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, being satisfied that authorities of the Commonwealth, namely Australian Defence Industries Ltd and AeroSpace Technologies of Australia Pty Ltd, are engaging in trading or other  activities in competition with other bodies, and acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Public Works Committee Act 1969.

         Dated 1 June 1992.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Public Works Committee Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

 

[NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal:  see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s.48]

2.   Schedule 3 (Authorities of the Commonwealth to which the Act does not apply)

2.1   Before item 1A, insert:

         “1       AeroSpace Technologies of Australia Pty Ltd”.

 

2.2   After item 3, insert:

         “3A    Australian Defence Industries Ltd”.
