Superannuation (Continuing Contributions for Benefits) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

1. Amendment
1.1 The Superannuation (Continuing Contributions for Benefits) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
2. Schedule (Modifications of Act)
2.1 Add at the end of section 159a of the Act, as inserted by clause 2 of the Schedule, the following subsection:
“(4) a declaration by the Minister under subparagraph (a) (ii) of the definition of ‘relevant person’ in subsection (1) is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46a of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.”.
