National Health Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 September 1994.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 5  (Adjusted fee government nursing homes)

3.1   Part 3, item 3017:

Omit “144-158 King Street”, substitute “144-158 King George Street”.

3.2   Part 3, item 3056:

Omit the item.

3.3   Part 3:

After item 3072, insert:

3.4   Part 3, item 3081:
