Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council hereby make the following Regulation under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Persons not included in definition of “eligible employee”

Regulation 4 of the Superannuation (Eligible Employees) Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following paragraph:

(w) persons who—

(i) are employed by University College, being the College established by the University of New South Wales within the Australian Defence Force Academy; and

(ii) were not, immediately before becoming so employed, eligible employees..
