Ombudsman Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Ombudsman Act 1976.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on the day of commencement of section 11 of the OTC (Conversion into Public Company) Act 1988.

Schedule 2

2. Schedule 2 to the Ombudsman Regulations is amended by inserting:

“OTC Limited”

after:

“New Guinea Resources Prospecting Company Limited”.

Schedule 4

3. Schedule 4 to the Ombudsman Regulations is amended by omitting:

“Overseas Telecommunications Commission (Australia) General Manager”

and substituting:

“OTC Limited Chief Executive Officer”.
