Lands Acquisition Regulations² (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Lands Acquisition Act 1989.

Schedule 1

Schedule 1 to the Lands Acquisition Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting item 1 and substituting the following items:

“1          Australian Broadcasting Corporation

1a          Australian Dairy Corporation”;

(b) by inserting after item 5 the following items:

“5a       Australian Postal Corporation

5b          Australian Telecommunications Corporation”.
