Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Maximum retiring age

Regulation 4 of the Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (e) and substituting the following paragraph:

(e) an officer or employee of the Australian Security Intelligence Organization whose maximum retiring age, in accordance with the terms and conditions of his or her employment, is the age of 60 years; or.
