Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations² (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Minimum retiring age

Regulation 5 of the Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (5) (a) “or”; and

(b) by adding at the end of sub-regulation (5) the following word and paragraph:

“; or (c) a locally engaged staff member of the Australian High Commission in the United Kingdom.”.
