Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Superannuation Act 1976.

Minimum retiring age

Regulation 5 of the Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations is amended by adding at the end of sub-regulation (1) the following paragraph:

(q) a member (including the Director, Chief Fire Officer and Deputy Chief Fire Officer) of the Fire Service of the Northern Territory..
