Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

1. Commencement
1.1 Subregulations 3.2 4.2 4.3 4.4 and 5.2 commence on the date of commencement of section 24 of the Telecommunications (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 1991.
2. Amendment
2.1 The Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
